I’ve been eating raw meals every now and then for a couple of years before I started eating mostly raw. In the beginning I ate two-three in a meal. When eating more and more raw I needed bigger portions to feel satisfied. Usually that meant that I ate until I was full and waited a little, as I hadn’t got the calories I needed I was soon hungry again. After a while the body adjusts to the large portions and sometimes you might ‘push’ your limits a little, but not so much that you feel sick, of course, but if you one day don’t feel full of your usual five bananas don’t think that it was easier than usually and stop there. Eat a little more, otherwise you’ll soon be hungry again.
